REFLECTING ON 2021:

How was Serving in 2021?

It was certainly a journey.

There were a lot of changes.

I no longer serve in the Children’s Ministry, which I knew was going to happen since last year, I just didn’t know how it was going to go down. Right now I’m a temp for the ministry, whether I come on staff or not, it’s still up in the air to me, but God is good and He is faithful. I know that even I don’t, He’s got something else for me.

I’m still serving in the high school & young adult ministries. Still leading the registration team in high school, don’t know if that’s going to still be the case next year as we are going in a new direction, so we’ll see.

I’m now the team lead for the creative team in the young adult ministry. It’s quite interesting how it happened, because only God knew that’s where I wanted to serve, but I never thought that I’d end up on the team, let alone be the team lead. That’s why I tell my team that we were all placed on this team by God; I’m not better than any of them just because I’m leading the team, we each have our differing gifts and talents and that’s why we’re all together and I can’t wait to see what this team does in 2022.
