Keep Praying No Matter What

'Always be joyful. Never stop praying. Be thankful in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you who belong to Christ Jesus.' 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18, NLT

Don’t stop praying about something even when it seems the issue is not getting resolved.

Believing that our prayer is not answered by God and thinking that the situation is something we’ll just have to deal with for the rest of our lives is a lie from the devil.

Be obedient and continue on praying. God will come through and rescue you.

It might not look or feel like it while you are going through the trial, but continue on earnestly praying, believing that God will take care of it and your faith will turn it around.

God doesn’t work in a blink of an eye. We live in a generation of instant gratification, which is why the enemy can convince us that our prayers aren’t working because we are not seeing an immediate response. But God doesn’t work on man’s time.

In Luke 18:1, Jesus tells the story of a widowed woman who is constantly going to the unjust judge, repeatedly asking for justice in a dispute. The judge got so fed up that he made sure she got justice just to get her our of his hair.

'Then the Lord said, “Learn a lesson from this unjust judge. Even he rendered a just decision in the end. So don’t you think God will surely give justice to his chosen people who cry out to him day and night? Will he keep putting them off? I tell you, he will grant justice to them quickly!”' Luke 18:6-8, NLT

Keep praying.

Pray earnestly, with faith that it will get done.
